Womb+Wellness came about after I realized most of the population's birthing people (especially Black & other POC) end their pregnancies depleted of vital nutrients. This is what leaves us lacking energy, experiencing pain, having "baby blues", and forgetful.

Preparing meals is time consuming, and leaves us reaching for something less nutrient dense than we'd like. Womb+Wellness brings you tasty, nourishing meals and herbal remedies to help you meet your optimal health. All of our food is made with local organically sourced ingredients, and is minimally processed, free of refined sugars, and mindful of dairy and gluten . Our menu rotates seasonally and new items are featured weekly.
Postpartum is difficult enough.
Perinatal nutrition is the foundation of a healthy pregnancy and postpartum journey. During pregnancy and postpartum, your nutrient stores are shared between you and baby.
